Welcome
Trinity Church welcomes you! Located near Knebworth station, we are an open and welcoming church, that seeks to reflect God's amazing love in the Knebworth community. We are aware that each person has something unique to offer. We accept people as they are, recognising that each of us is unique, and that people are looking for different things from a church. We have just welcomed our new minister, Reverend Stanslous Chatikobo and family to Knebworth. See 'New Minister' under 'About Us'
Sharing in both the Methodist and United Reformed traditions of the Christian Church, we place great importance in pastoral care, support and leadership and welcome differing levels of involvement, from young and old alike. We are an outward-looking church, committed to involvement with others in the village through the Knebworth Family of Churches, which pulls together all of the churches in the village.
The main event at Trinity is our worship each Sunday morning but we are also active throughout the week, hosting activities for children, Bible study groups , and arranging a variety of social events that are offered for all. See under Church Life and Community Engagement for the full range of things you can be involved in here.
We are a church that tries to relate to the world of which we are part, discussing and addressing issues of concern to the lives of real people. With this in mind, we provide support to a number of projects, both in this country and overseas. Whether you prefer to wrestle with issues of social justice and moral dilemmas or are simply looking for the support of belonging to a loving community, we are confident that you will find something within Trinity Church which will appeal to you.
Formed by a coming together of two churches, you can read more about our history here.
We welcome you to the website; we hope that you will find what you are looking for. Contact us, if there's anything you can't find an answer to here. And we would love to welcome you in person, at the church any time.
